मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर जी ने हाल ही में इस योजना की घोषणा की. इस योजना के अंतर्गत समय किसी भी घर में एक बालिका जन्म लेती है तो राज्य सरकार के द्वारा उस पालिका के नाम पर 51,000 की FD करवाई जाएगी. इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य जो लोग अभी भी अपनी बेटियों को बोझ समझते हैं, उनके नजरिए को बदलना है. इसके साथ साथ खेल मंत्री जी ने यह भी कहा कि इस योजना का लाभ एक परिवार की दो बालिकाओं को ही प्रदान किया जाएगा.
