यह योजना, गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री जी के द्वारा राज्य के उन व्यक्तियों के लिए शुरू की गई है, जो एक रुप से कमजोर है तथा किसी विशिष्ट बीमारी से ग्रसित, विकलांग तथा एकल महिलाएं है. इस योजना के अंतर्गत, सभी जरूरतमंद लोगों को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाती है. जोकि हर महीने जाती है.
आर्थिक सहायता के रूप में इन सभी व्यक्तियों को ₹2000 प्रति महीना प्रदान की जाती है. परंतु 5 फरवरी को, राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री जी ने इस आर्थिक सहायता को ₹2000 से बढ़ाकर 2500 रुपए प्रति महीना कर दिया है. राज्य में इस योजना का लाभ लगभग 35 हजार से अधिक महिलाएं प्राप्त कर रही है. हर महीने मिलने वाली इस आर्थिक सहायता से विधवा महिलाओं को काफी मदद मिलती है.
आर्थिक सहायता से यह मिला है कम से कम अपनी जरूरत की चीजों को खरीद सकती है तथा अपने परिवार का भी भरण पोषण आसानी से कर सकते हैं. गोवा में जिस जितनी भी विधवा महिलाओं की आयु 50 वर्ष या उससे अधिक हो चुकी है, सुबह इस योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन कर दें आर्थिक सहायता प्राप्त कर सकती हैं.

इस योजना का लाभ राज्य के सभी पात्र नागरिकों को प्रदान किया जाएगा.
- दयानंद सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों को हर महीने ₹2500 की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी.
- लाभार्थी की आयु 18 वर्ष से अधिक होना जरूरी है, तभी वह इस योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र होगा.
- गोवा जो बच्चे 90% विकलांग हैं, उन्हें भी हर महीने सहायता के रूप में ₹2500 हर महीने दिए जाएंगे.
- यदि कोई व्यक्ति 90% से अधिक विकलांग है तो उन्हें हर महीने 3500 रुपए प्रदान किए जाएंगे.

The people who want to get the benefit of this Yojana have to submit a live application form to the concerned department in the month of April or May.
