The Chief Minister of Assam has announced the SVAYEM Yojana. He also announced that under this scheme the government will give financial help to the unemployed youth of Assam. They will give rupees 50,000 as financial assistance to around 2 lakh compliant youngsters. With the help of this financial assistance, people can start their own businesses. With the help of this Yojana, unemployment in Assam can decrease.
The Government of Assam started “Swami Vivekananda youth empowerment Yojana 2023” earlier but in the field, this Yojana did not work. So, the Assam government has this Yojana again. For this Yojana, a budget of Rs1000 crore has been declared. When the chief minister of Assam announces the budget for 2023, then he also announced the budget that is given to SVAYEM.

Assam government wants to make this scheme successful that’s why the government has started this Yojana again. This scheme was launched in 2017 but it does not work.
So, the government has launched this scheme again and this time SVAYEM Scheme has been launched by the finance minister of the state. Ministers have sanctioned rupees 1000 crore to this scheme.
