Eligibility

Women belonging to the special cast category will be eligible. ( see Cast List mentioned above)
The age of the particular cast group of women will be from 45 to 60 years.
In the village, the income of women should be less than 10000 rupees.
In the town income of women should be less than 12,000 rupees.
Government employees and pensioners are not eligible for this scheme.
Applicants should not own a vehicle like a car.
The women whose family is paying Texas are not eligible.
If women are taking financial benefits from other schemes then they are not eligible for this particular scheme.

Selection Process Under Kapu Nistam Scheme

Selection is done by the panchayat secretary.
The procedure is all the applicants will fill the form with the help of a village volunteer.
Then a volunteer will collect all the information and form with all the related documents.
Panchayat secretary will select the most eligible women from all applications.
Right after that selected forms are send to state government.
After state government approval financial help will be provided in the beneficiaries’ account.
