- मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं सहायता भत्ता योजना का लाभ केवल बिहार राज्य के स्थाई निवासी नागरिकों को ही प्रदान किया जाएगा.
- आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति की आयु 20 वर्ष से 25 वर्ष तक होनी चाहिए.
- मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं सहायता योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन करने वाला व्यक्ति किसी भी पर नौकरी ना करता हो.
- इस योजना के लिए वे सभी नागरिक पात्र होंगे जो 12वीं कक्षा पास कर चुके हैं.
- केवल उन्हीं नागरिकों को हर महीने आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी जो श्रम संसाधन विभाग द्वारा भाषा संवाद एवं बुनियादी कंप्यूटर ज्ञान की ट्रेनिंग ले रहे होंगे.
